I appreciate the family and friends of the shooter, Omar Mateen, for not trying to protect him or make any excuses for what he did. They exposed him. They are giving answers the victims’ families desperately need in order to make sense of what has happened. They are putting the victims and the country before their own son, which is brave and difficult for them to do. Let us not attack them, or their culture, for what their son has done.

First of all, this kid
An 11 year old prince is all alone at some castle in the woods with only the castle’s staff to watch him
Where are his parents??? Where are the guards or whoever else looks after the heir to a throne??
Either his parents don’t care about him or his parents are dead and the rest of the royal family wants him out of the way
Either way this kid is clearly “unkind” because he’s lashing out and could use some tlc and extensive therapy
Secondly, why is he the one answering the door to the castle? The poor kid was probably thinking some family finally showed up to love himdon’t look so eager kid play it cool
But nope it’s just some creepy old lady
No you can’t stay in the castle??? What if you’re a spy?? Or an assassin?? Don’t be stupid lady he’s 11 of course he’s not going to just let you come in the castle when mom and dad aren’t home
Anyway the kid knows stranger danger is real and tells her to leave and the witch turns him into a ferocious beast and he only has until his 21st birthday to get someone to fall in love with him and love them in return or he’s a beast forever
